Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Typical delivery estimates:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages After your package is handed to the carrier, delays or lost items are outside of my control. If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office. If your order arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with photos so I can help make it right
